i just returned from movie marathon ó8 held in MJC.
and obviously, i'm super tired.
i shall say mentally drained out, physically still awake.
i need to rest my brain and recuperate those cells burnt during BORING MOVIE SCENES in which i need to try ultra hard to stay awake.
not to mention poor bedding. :D:D:D
i didn't even have bedding materials in the first place to begin with!

i'm sorry miss tan, my sentence structure may have gone haywired here due to the overexhaustion of my puny grey matter.
okay, what's up for movie marathon?

FIRSTLY,
WARLORDS.
it may be my 2.5 time watching the movie already.
and i'm still amused by takashi's "brother is right" line!
and i believe many laughed at it so cynically. :D:D:D:D
it was a tragedy and one of the reasons why they queued the movie in the first position is because it requires higher order thinking skills and hence more endurance.
singaporeans never like high-brow entertainment?
NO. i love it. hahaha. to a certain extent only!

NEXT UP,
SECRETS.
secrets is so full of secrets.
the general plot was rather interesting but development rather weak.
if it was put into a gp essay, i may have to reconstruct my content. OOPS! =x
but jay chou looks suave in the movie, simply cos he IS VERY TALENTED.
musically inclined superstar.
not my favourite but i do admire him. :)
and i do feel that the female lead is a tad to easy to get jealous.
perhaps i do not put myself into her shoes or anything but GIRLS SHOULD NOT BE SO NARROWMINDED RIGHT?:D

THIRD,
200 POUNDS BEAUTY.
my fourth time watching it already!
and the female lead's voice never fails to touch me.
I LOVE HER VOICE.
SO 'CI XING/XIN'.
and the crowd pretty much loved it too.
lotsa laughter and this is when you see people dozed off and bidding farewell to go to dreamland already. what a sight! :D:D:D
they missed a great movie!

FOURTH UP,
GONGFU DUNK.
okay, it's my second time for this movie already so i spent 1.5hrs outside the hall chatting with someone special on the line.
i made a big blunder.
and upset someone.
but i do know if that someone doesn't care, he wouldn't have gotten to affected.
RIGHT? :)
the chat was really nice, served up as the main course for the night.
just like when in millions of crowds,
suddenly you spot someone smiling at you, and instantly, the millions became nought.
that's the power of it.
though he never realises it.

sorry but i dozed like at the entrance of the 2/3 of the movie cos i was bored by it:(
it simply did not live up to my expectations as my friend hoakiat would agree.
the """"""thing""""""" seemed a little creepy to me cos it resembled a cross-breed between chick and dog.
the kinda thing that would evolve from futuristic science movements.
like when scientists do cloning or something.
and to be TRUTHFULLY HONEST, i'm not for it.
:(

and so i was charged for 45 mins and off we go to wanjing's house for somemore rest! :D:D
and at 9.15am we set off for school to check our pw results.
it was a mix of feelings.
getting good results doesn't mean it will bring you joy.
and with that, we were sad.

alright, i shall stop here for i am expecting some guests tonight/this evening.
can't wait to see him again!
